We build our bikes with only the most advanced materials and employ
state-of-the-art engineering such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) to do
so. These extensive techniques in combination with 15 years of experience
in recumbent construction, have shaped the machines you see on these pages
here.
All Frame components are made from Chrome-Molybdenum Steel, a high tension
steel which guarantees durability, stability and safety. We make use of one
of the most durable (solid) and reliable welding procedures, the TIG -
Welding process. The frames that result are then phosphate treated before
we give the final surface a high-quality powder coating.
The powder itself is applied to the frame using heat by an electrostatic
process. This gives the finished product a colorful and resistant coating
which means that your bike will look brilliant and be highly resistant to
corrosion for a long, long time.
In outfitting components to our bikes, we use quality components from
leading companies like Shimano and SRAM/Sachs. And we do so only after they
have passed a final quality check before they then get packed and shipped.
