For the construction of our Recumebents we only use advanced materials and state-of-the-art engineering. For the development of our Recumbents we use advanced CAD Systems and computerized simulations. 15 years of experience in recumbent construction, combined with these advanced design techniques combine to shape our bikes. The evolution of these developments result in the most refined bikes available. All Frame components are made from Chrome-Molybdenum Steel. Experience has shown that this high tension steel provides a guarantor for durability, stability and safety. TIG welding ensures the highest level of joint and structural integrity. The TIG process is considered one of the most durable and reliable welding procedures -- minimizing the potential for metal weakening due to extreme temperature variations. The finished frame receives an advanced phosphate treatment followed by a final surface treatment of high - quality powder coating. The powder is attracted to the frame with static electricity, and combines with heat to form a colorful, yet resilient coating that guarantees long lasting brilliance and corrosive protection. During assembly, our recumbent bikes are equipped with top quality components from the leading manufacturers, such as Shimano and SRAM / Sachs. Only after they pass a final quality check they are meticulously packed and shipped.
